Continuing to grow tall and strong, despite the vestiges of war and destruction strewn throughout their land, these sunflowers celebrate the human possibilities in fragile, tortured circumstances. Honouring the resilience and courage shown by the Ukrainian population throughout their tortured circumstances; these sunflowers grow strong and tall, following the hope filled light that nourishes them. Original painting on brushed aluminium was selected for and shown at the 2022 Salon D'Automne, Paris.
